We are looking for a Project Sales Manager to take charge of end-to-end project sales while leading a motivated team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from pre-sales through to payment collection. It’s a leadership role with direct impact on both sales performance and project success.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage project sales activities across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to collection
Build and strengthen relationships with developers, architects, and contractors
Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of sales executives
Track project progress, milestones, and costs to ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with internal specification and technical teams to meet client requirements
Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably within construction, coatings, or interior finishes
Strong track record managing full project sales cycles and stakeholder coordination
Leadership experience, or readiness to guide and mentor a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Familiar with construction site processes, project timelines, and industry practices
