Drive project sales and specifications for high-impact mechanical and construction projects, including water piping, HVAC, and commercial infrastructure. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and support projects from design to completion.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field
0–5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials
Basic knowledge of construction cycles and mechanical solutions (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Open to fresh graduates with a passion for technical sales
