Job Responsibility:
Develop new business opportunities and support key regional accounts
Drive project sales and specification activities from early design to completion
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers
Manage sales pipelines and track project progress through the construction cycle
Conduct technical product presentations, briefings, and formal proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Identify emerging project opportunities to expand market presence
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline
0–5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials
Basic knowledge of construction cycles and mechanical solutions (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel as required for site visits and client meetings
