We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to expand our market presence in Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders such as developers, M&E consultants, architects, and contractors to promote the company’s electrical solutions at the project specification stage.
Job Responsibility:
Develop in-depth product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions
Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications in new projects
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions
Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals
Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery and project timelines
Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project-based sectors such as construction, electrical, or building materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory in order to liaise with diverse client groups
