Job Description

The role is part of the Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates Project, located offshore Azerbaijan in the Caspian Sea. The development includes offshore production facilities tied back to a new onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF) designed to handle 450 MMscfd of gas and 38,000 b/d of condensate. The project supports both local gas needs and exports via the South Caucasus Pipeline, with condensate routed to the Sangachal Terminal. The service holder will support the project in all reporting and risk management activities across project execution phases.

Job Responsibility

  • Collecting and consolidating inputs from project departments and Packages to produce internal and external reports
  • Managing and updating project risk registers and contributing to the risk management process
  • Participating in project meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting
  • Supporting updates to project reporting and risk procedures
  • Contributing to project presentations and maintaining communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Ensure timely production and distribution of reports (Fiche Projet, Internal Weekly Report, External Weekly Report, Summary Monthly Report, Monthly Report, Project Close-out / REX reports)
  • Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting for all Absheron Project weekly meetings
  • Support updates to the project reporting procedure
  • Contribute to project presentations
  • Produce and update KPIs and dashboards
  • Maintain SharePoint platforms for communication
  • Enforce the Project Risk Management System
  • Control, promote, and follow up on the application of risk management processes
  • Update and consolidate the Project Risk Register and risk sheets
  • Define and apply risk-related plans and procedures
  • Develop and communicate indicators and statistics evaluating project risk exposure
  • Validate new risks introduced into the system
  • Support quarterly risk reviews (Project and Package levels)
  • Organize risk identification sessions and review CTR risk management plans
  • Promote the use of PIMS across the project
  • Support Lessons Learned, Close-out, and capitalization activities within the CONTL department
