Job Description

The Business Development team plays a vital role in bringing new openings and business investment projects to life, by ensuring sites are fully set up and operational from day one. From coordinating with ops teams and managing system readiness to overseeing breakfast role setups and on-the-ground support, we make sure every detail is in place so teams have what they need for a successful go-live. PRCs play a vital role in ensuring operational readiness and driving excellence across BDT capital investment projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating onsite efforts to meet agreed timelines and contractual obligations while maintaining compliance and safeguarding the company’s reputation
  • Supporting Project Managers (PMs) and Project Leads (PLs) by coordinating activities throughout the project timeline
  • Acting as operational experts, providing critical front-end readiness interventions, including conducting onsite health checks and training needs analyses for individuals and teams
  • Act a key point of contact across multiple stakeholders, including resourcing and learning and development (L&D) teams, to create site-specific people plans
  • Ensure that food and drink orders align with project requirements ensuring appropriate stock levels training and trading while minimising waste and cost into the preopening line
  • Liaise with supply chain stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure projects have the resources needed to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property teams, contractors, and third-party stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in operational management with an understanding of financial, food and business safety, and other operational business controls and compliance
  • Experience in driving operational readiness and excellence alongside project co-ordination
  • Proven track record in stakeholder Management with strong communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self Starter & Motivator
  • Field based – must hold full UK driving licence
