Job Description:

A highly respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant London team, delivering an exciting variety of schemes with a strong focus on commercial office fit-out. This forward-thinking practice works across sectors including workplace, residential, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, and infrastructure. They are known for combining technical expertise with a collaborative, client-first approach – and are now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver commercial office fit-out schemes from feasibility through to final account
  • Work across a variety of sectors, ensuring no two days are the same
  • Provide accurate cost advice, procurement strategy, and contract administration
  • Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Report to senior leadership while enjoying autonomy to manage your own workload

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or equivalent
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Solid pre & post-contract experience
  • Commercial fit out experience highly desirable
  • A successful track record leading projects independently
