Job Responsibility:
Prepare cost plans, budgets and feasibility estimates
Manage tender processes and procurement activities
Undertake cost reporting, valuations and final accounts
Administer contracts (primarily JCT)
Monitor project costs and manage variations
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contractor
Experience across residential, education, heritage or commercial sectors
Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract duties
Experience administering JCT contracts
RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
