Job Description:

A progressive and design-led Construction Consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team. Well-known for their work in the UK residential development market, this firm delivers complex schemes from acquisition through to completion – including city-centre apartments, regeneration sites, and high-spec housing. This role offers hybrid working, career planning, and a chance to join a collaborative, sociable team at a key stage of growth.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of key residential developments, acting as the day-to-day lead for clients
Deliver cost consultancy services throughout the full project lifecycle
Work closely with senior colleagues
Contribute to both client success and internal growth

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
Experience managing projects pre & post contract
Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
Residential sector experience & interest
Passion for Real Estate / Property sector
