Job Description

A leading, global construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident and career-driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for major clients
  • Assisting with cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Working closely with senior team members
  • Taking ownership of key project responsibilities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Working towards MRICS or keen to achieve chartership
  • Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
  • Professional, confident, and client-facing
  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
