Project Quantity Surveyor

• Take ownership of projects from £100k to £10m, including refurbishments, new builds, feasibility studies, and the delivery of brand-new sports halls
• Work closely with in-house Architects and Building Surveyors
• Manage cost control
• Ensure successful project delivery
• Engage with clients effectively
• Run projects from inception to completion

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS status preferred or working towards chartership
• Experience managing cost control on refurbishment and new build projects
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies and project management principles
• Previous work within the education sector beneficial, but not essential
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
• Comfortable running projects from inception to completion
