Job Description:

Project Quantity Surveyor (QS). Location: Belfast Head Office, with occasional travel to sites across NI, ROI, and Mainland UK. The Company: The client is an award-winning business specializing in Utility Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Infrastructure projects. Job Responsibility:

  • Cash flows
  • Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR’s)
  • Cost to Complete (CTC) analysis
  • Site measurements
  • Applications for Payment (AFP)
  • Change management
  • Procurement

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to Project level QS experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in estimating is desirable
  • Willingness to travel to sites as required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
