Job Description:

Project Quantity Surveyor role with an award-winning construction consultancy based in Sevenoaks, delivering high-quality work across prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, and public sector schemes. The role offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong focus on personal development and progression.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects from early feasibility to final account
Liaise directly with clients, architects, and contractors
Support APC candidates (or receive support if working towards MRICS)
Gain cross-sector experience with excellent mentoring from industry leaders
Building client relationships and taking increasing responsibility

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous experience in a UK consultancy / PQS environment
Confident with both pre- and post-contract duties
Strong communication and organisation skills

Nice to have:

MRICS or working towards
