A boutique, ultra high-end construction consultancy based in London is seeking a polished and client-facing Project Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist team. This is a rare opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to operate exclusively within the super prime residential sector, delivering some of London’s most prestigious private residences and luxury refurbishments. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be immersed in projects where craftsmanship, detail, and discretion are paramount. This Project Quantity Surveyor role places the individual at the heart of delivery, working closely with high-net-worth clients, architects, and elite design teams. The Project Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy renowned for its precision, personal service, and deep understanding of the super prime market. Job Responsibility:

Manage the full commercial lifecycle of super prime residential schemes, from early-stage cost advice through to final account
Take ownership of procurement strategies, carefully selecting and managing specialist contractors and high-end supply chains
Heavily involved in client and design meetings, ensuring cost plans align with bespoke design intent and evolving specifications
Administer contracts, typically under JCT, while maintaining tight cost control across highly detailed and design-sensitive projects

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
3-6 years’ experience within a consultancy or client-side environment, ideally with exposure to high-end residential or luxury fit-out projects
Confident managing procurement and navigating complex, design-led schemes
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts is essential
Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and confident working in a client-facing environment.
MRICS or working towards seen as advantageous
