Job Description:

Project Quantity Surveyor role in a forward-thinking consultancy managing major residential projects in London. Opportunity to step into a client-facing role, lead complex developments, and be part of a collaborative, design-focused team near Farringdon Station.

Job Responsibility:

Manage pre and post contract responsibilities across diverse portfolio of residential projects
Lead complex developments
Client-facing leadership role
Work on regeneration masterplans, mixed-use developments, high-spec apartments

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
Experience managing projects pre & post contract
Residential sector experience & interest
Passion for Real Estate / Property sector

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification or currently working towards
