Job Description:

A growing, client-focused consultancy is seeking a confident and driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. You'll work across a broad portfolio of schemes within the education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors – typically valued between £1m and £10m.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of projects and deliver with confidence
Work across a broad portfolio of schemes within education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors
Run your own projects

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Pre and post contract experience
Experience running projects independently
Strong communication and client-facing skills
