Job Description:

A growing, client-focused consultancy is seeking a confident and driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. You'll work across a broad portfolio of schemes within the education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors – typically valued between £1m and £10m.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of projects and deliver with confidence
  • Work across a broad portfolio of schemes within education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors
  • Run your own projects

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Experience running projects independently
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
