An award-winning consultancy just minutes from Southwark station is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its powerhouse Commercial team. If you’re hungry to work on London’s most iconic high-rise developments-and want faster progression, bigger projects, and a buzzing team environment-this is the one.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering landmark schemes across Central London-towering skyscrapers, high-spec offices, large-scale refurbishments, and major repurposing projects

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
MRICS qualification (or working towards)
Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
Significant experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
