Project Quantity Surveyor

This specialist contractor is racing through 2025 with a number of new projects underway and planned for Q4 and into next year. This growth means they need to strengthen their senior team. You’ll take on a couple of projects, each valued £1m to £5m, working closely with the Commercial Director and Managing Director. The majority of your time will be spent across the sites you’re responsible for, with maybe a day or two a week in their London SE1 head office. This is an opportunity to join a contractor in genuine growth mode, with plenty of confirmed projects moving forward, and be part of the next phase of their growth plan.
