Job Description:

An award-winning and forward-thinking construction consultancy, just minutes from Southwark Station, is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join its thriving Commercial team. Job Responsibility:

Delivering some of the most ambitious schemes in Central London
Managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
Working on landmark skyscrapers, high-spec office developments, large-scale Cat A & B refurbishments, major commercial repurposing projects

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
MRICS is a MUST
Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
Significant experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
