Job Description:

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on private sector residential projects including high-rise developments, Build-to-Rent schemes, and multi-unit apartment blocks. They will also support venue refurbishments for a globally recognized entertainment brand. Projects range in value from £10m to £80m. The company offers career progression opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Working within a collaborative team environment on a varied portfolio of private sector residential projects
Supporting concert and event venue refurbishments for an entertainment brand
Contributing as part of a growing office team with opportunities for career progression

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Degree qualified
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Employers Agent & Residential Sector experience is highly desirable
