A respected and growing property and construction consultancy is currently seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues to provide end-to-end cost consultancy services on a diverse range of projects. Job Responsibility:
Manage pre- and post-contract cost management duties across multiple live projects
Produce detailed cost plans, tender documents, and oversee procurement processes
Handle contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
Conduct valuations, assess variations, and manage final accounts
Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to a strong team culture
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS-accredited)
Good working knowledge of procurement, cost planning, and contract admin
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Working towards MRICS, or recently chartered
Nice to have:
Experience with residential or public sector projects is a plus
