Job Responsibility
Producing cost estimates and detailed cost plans
Managing tendering and procurement processes
Contract administration duties
Cost reporting and budget management
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
Attending client, design, and site meetings
Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
Strong understanding of pre and post contract duties
Experience delivering projects within the UK construction market
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
MRICS or currently working towards chartership preferred
