Project Quantity Surveyor

• Collaborate with Project Managers to provide detailed financial insights
• Review and approve contract variations and resolve contractual disputes
• Provide comprehensive financial data for budget adjustments and month-end reports
• Monitor project invoicing for timely customer billing
• Coordinate with the streetworks team to manage civil subcontractor costs
• Offer feedback on overspending related to price variances from initial estimates
• Provide commercial guidance to Project Managers regarding variations
• Share feedback with Construction Managers on the financial performance of project
• Assist in fulfilling actions resulting from the PPV process
• Aid Finance in splitting project budgets between infrastructure and MU works
• Provide financial mentoring to new team members and trainees

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
• Previous experience in Contract Management
• HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent discipline
• Completion of Anti-bribery training

Prior involvement in power, gas, and/or water distribution networks

• Car Allowance: £600.00 per month
