A respected, design-led consultancy in London is seeking a capable Project Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. Job Responsibility:
Managing cost and commercial aspects across multiple live projects
leading procurement activities, including preparing tender documentation, analysing returns, and supporting contractor appointments
working closely with clients, architects, and contractors, contributing to meetings and ensuring projects remain aligned with programme and budget
undertaking contract administration duties, primarily under JCT
supporting the delivery of projects through to final account
Requirements:
3-5 years' UK experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
experience managing procurement and supporting project delivery across multiple sectors
strong knowledge of JCT contracts
degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

MRICS or working towards
