Job Description:

A dynamic and well-established Quantity Surveying Consultancy in London (near Farringdon Station) is looking for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

Operating out of five strategic offices nationwide, the incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of schemes across the Hotel, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors from £1m – £120m
Initially, you will take lead on three exciting Hotel developments: £28m new build
2x Hotel Conversion schemes in London (total construction £50m)

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
MRICS or currently working towards
Strong pre and post contract experience with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion
Hotel project experience (or Residential / Student Accommodation experience – good crossover)
