Job Description:

A leading, multi-sector Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Cambridge office. Known for delivering high-quality schemes across the commercial, residential, and life sciences sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a forward-thinking and highly respected team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing projects from early feasibility through to final account
  • Leading on cost planning, procurement, contract administration and client liaison
  • Working across commercial, residential, and life sciences sectors

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction related field
  • At least 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management practice
  • Proficiency in pre- and post-contract processes, with strong client-facing skills
  • MRICS or currently working towards
