Job Description:

An award-winning, independent, and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional projects and eager to progress your career, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects from inception to completion
Supporting business development initiatives
Mentoring junior team members
Overseeing a variety of projects including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure, and Retail developments

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion, pre & post contract
MRICS is a must have
