An established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is searching for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant London office. The company is known for its dynamic, client-focused approach and technical excellence, with projects across workplace, residential, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors. This role offers exposure to high-profile schemes and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing both pre and post-contract duties
  • Client-facing roles
  • Leading high-profile commercial office fit-out schemes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or equivalent
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Solid pre & post-contract experience
  • Commercial fit out experience highly desirable
  • A successful track record leading projects independently
