You’ll manage projects from day one – spanning commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors – while playing a pivotal role in cost strategy, client relationships, and overall delivery. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across the full project lifecycle – from cost planning and procurement through to contract negotiation and final accounts. You’ll also support business development and mentor junior team members, positioning yourself for a fast-track move to Senior level.
