Job Description:

An ambitious, design-led construction consultancy seeking a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Central London team to deliver high-value residential and mixed-use projects

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects
Deliver complex, high-value schemes including regeneration masterplans, mixed-use developments, and high-spec apartments across London

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
Experience managing projects pre & post contract
Residential sector experience & interest
Passion for Real Estate / Property sector
