Project Quantity Surveyor

A growing and highly regarded construction consultancy in London is seeking a motivated and commercially aware Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced commercial team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the infrastructure, engineering, and built environment sectors. The Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing project costs, administering NEC contracts, and supporting successful project delivery from inception through to completion. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost planning, contract administration, change management, valuations, forecasting, and financial reporting. Working alongside senior commercial professionals, the Project Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to high-profile projects while taking increasing responsibility for their own schemes.
