A growing and highly regarded construction consultancy in London is seeking a motivated and commercially aware Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced commercial team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the infrastructure, engineering, and built environment sectors. The Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing project costs, administering NEC contracts, and supporting successful project delivery from inception through to completion. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost planning, contract administration, change management, valuations, forecasting, and financial reporting. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience
Experience working with NEC contracts
Understanding of cost management and commercial reporting

Professional, organised, and commercially minded
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant commercial software
