Job Description:

An ambitious, fast-growing Cost Management consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to accelerate their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Job Responsibility:

Report to a highly supportive Associate
Work across the full project lifecycle from early-stage cost planning through to final accounts
Specialise in preferred sectors or work across the company’s portfolio including Commercial, Residential, Education, Data Centres, Fit Out, and Hotels

Requirements:

MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
Quantity Surveying degree qualification (BSc or MSc)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
Good pre and post cost contract experience
Experience working on projects from inception to completion
