Job Description:

A design-led, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Leicester. Specialising in the education sector, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects ranging from £100k to £10m, including refurbishments, new builds, feasibility studies, and the delivery of brand-new sports halls.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of projects ranging from £100k to £10m
Work on refurbishments, new builds, feasibility studies, and delivery of brand-new sports halls
Work closely with in-house Architects and Building Surveyors
Take a leading role in cost control, project delivery, and client engagement
Run projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS status preferred or working towards chartership
Experience managing cost control on refurbishment and new build projects
Strong understanding of feasibility studies and project management principles
Previous work within the education sector beneficial, but not essential
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
Comfortable running projects from inception to completion
