Job Description:

An ambitious and forward-thinking Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a variety of projects across multiple sectors, work closely with leadership, and enjoy a clear path for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of a wide variety of projects across the Hospitality, Leisure, High-End Retail, Commercial and Residential sectors
Work closely with the Director and take the lead on key projects from inception through to completion
Mentor junior members of the team
Manage pre and post contract stages

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or related field)
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Strong pre & post contract experience
A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
