A specialist, London-based construction consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. Job Responsibility:
Managing cost and commercial elements across multiple projects
Leading procurement processes, including appointing contractors and consultants
Taking ownership of tender documentation and analysis
Attending and contributing to client and design team meetings
Administering contracts, primarily under JCT forms
Supporting Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator duties where required
Requirements:
3-6 years’ UK experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Experience running tender processes and managing procurement
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field preferred
MRICS or working towards seen as advantageous
