Job Description:

The position involves working as a Project Quantity Surveyor on diverse projects such as estate regeneration, new builds, refurbishments, and more, ranging from £50k to £100m+. You will work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Directors in a collaborative team, with direct support from an Associate Director. The role offers variety, responsibility, and opportunities for fast career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Work across an exciting mix of projects including bespoke homes, estate regeneration, commercial offices, industrial sheds, education, leisure, and infrastructure
Take the lead from feasibility through to completion
Support land acquisition, procurement, detailed design, and contract delivery

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
The ability to successfully lead projects from inception to completion
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
