Job Description:

A forward-thinking and sociable Quantity Surveying consultancy based in London is offering a rare opportunity for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to lead a variety of exciting projects with a clear route to Senior QS level. The consultancy is renowned for its collaborative culture and high-profile project portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Lead your own schemes across a wide range of sectors including national gym rollouts, high-spec private healthcare refurbishments, commercial office fit-outs, and a major data centre development
Full control of your own projects from inception to completion
Gain valuable exposure to larger, more technically complex schemes alongside experienced Associates and Directors

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
MRICS or actively working towards chartership
3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience in a consultancy / PQS environment
Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
Personable, client-facing, and confident in leading projects
