Job Responsibility:
managing cost and commercial performance across multiple projects
leading procurement activities, including preparing tender documentation, analysing submissions, and advising on contractor selection
engaging directly with clients, architects, and project teams
administering contracts, typically under JCT, and supporting the delivery of projects through to final account
Requirements:
3-6 years’ experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
confident managing procurement processes and working across multiple sectors
strong knowledge of JCT contracts
degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Nice to have:
MRICS or working towards seen as advantageous
