Job Description

A leading, global construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident and career-driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will become part of a highly regarded cost management team delivering major projects across London and the wider UK. The Project Quantity Surveyor will support a range of high-profile schemes, providing full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for major clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Work closely with senior team members
  • Take ownership of key project responsibilities
  • Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Working towards MRICS or keen to achieve chartership
  • Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
  • Professional, confident, and client-facing
  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
