Job Responsibility
manage cost and commercial responsibilities across multiple live projects
prepare cost plans, procurement documentation, tender evaluations, and financial reports
liaise directly with clients, contractors, and design teams
administer contracts predominantly under JCT forms
assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
Requirements
3-5 years' UK experience within a consultancy or contractor environment
comfortable managing multiple projects
confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
strong knowledge of JCT contracts
degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
MRICS or APC progression viewed positively
organised
commercially aware
proactive in their approach
