Job Description:

Ensure effective quality planning and execution across electrification projects by coordinating APQP/PPAP activities, applying lessons learned, and acting as the key interface between project, plant, and global quality teams to meet internal and customer quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Quality Planning: develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans, procedures, and standards
  • APQP & PPAP Management: coordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and oversee Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions for new Electrification projects
  • LLC Management: manage the Lessons Learn Implementation at early project stages
  • Plant interface for Global AQ Team: act as the Plant Project Quality Interface between Project and Plant Teams

Requirements:

  • Skilled in Polish and English – mandatory
  • Technical education supported by: Product/Process Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Problem – Solving Tools and Methods
  • Knowledge of the Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the Customer Specific Requirements & Portals (Mercedes, VAG, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Project Quality in Automotive industry (or similar)

Nice to have:

  • German would be an asset
  • VDA 6.3 Auditor would be an asset
