Project Quality Engineer

• Establish and maintain the DATA4 Project Quality Plan for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Design and Construction department’s key processes, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements
• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits
• Monitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation
• Promote quality awareness and provide training within the project team
• Prepare and deliver high-quality project reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes
• Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of: H&S: Respect and enforce health and safety rules
• Environment: Respect and enforce environmental policies
• Information security: Respect and enforce information security policies
• Energy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption

• Master’s degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience
• Solid experience in quality management
• Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards
• auditing experience required
• Must be qualified as a lead auditor
