Job Description

Airswift’s Paris team is recruiting a Progress Reporting Engineer to support the performance tracking and reporting activities of a major EPC project. Working within a multidisciplinary and international team, you will be responsible for implementing the progress measurement system, tracking engineering and procurement progress, analysing variances, and preparing high?quality reporting deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the implementation of the project’s Progress Measurement System (using TEN tools)
  • Ensure consistency between engineering, procurement, and planning activities
  • Update actual progress bi?monthly (mid?month & month?end), coordinating with engineering and procurement teams
  • Update forecast progress monthly, based on Level 3 planning
  • Analyse variances between planned, actual, and forecast progress
  • Prepare clear and reliable variance reports for management
  • Produce high?quality progress reports aligned with project procedures and QA standards
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of reporting packages
  • Respect project procedures, documentation requirements, and quality standards
  • Ensure all deliverables meet expected compliance and QA levels

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Progress Reporting, Planning, Project Controls, or similar functions
  • Experience in industrial projects, EPC environments, or engineering organizations is a strong asset
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular)
  • Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is an advantage
  • Understanding of progress measurement, performance tracking, and reporting methodologies
  • Strong communication abilities in multicultural environments
  • Rigorous, analytical, detail?oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
