Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while fostering collaboration and driving team efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team effectiveness
  • Identify and address obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth project execution
  • Mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering self-management and cross-functionality
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging regular inspections and adaptations of team processes
  • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to support growth and development
  • Utilize strategic planning and resource allocation skills to optimize project outcomes
  • Leverage knowledge of software tools such as Visual Basic and Java to support technical aspects of project management
  • Drive Agile development processes, including backlog grooming and sprint planning

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodologies with a strong understanding of Scrum practices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively and meeting project deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to support team development
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Visual Basic, Java, and other relevant technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in project/program management
