Job Description:

This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in overseeing projects and programs from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage complex initiatives effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee the complete lifecycle of projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
  • Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress to maintain alignment with project goals
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status and updates to senior management
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing quality assurance measures to ensure high standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align practices, procedures, and resources for optimal project execution
  • Utilize creativity and judgment to solve challenges and drive innovation within the scope of projects
  • Lead and direct team members, providing guidance and support to achieve project success
  • Apply advanced planning techniques to anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry practices and standards to inform decision-making
  • Adapt and refine project management strategies based on evolving requirements and priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Proven ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry practices and procedures, demonstrating a strategic approach
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire team members
  • Experience in QA management and implementing quality standards
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex initiatives

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for configuration change management testing and related best practices
  • Facilitate production controls and system configuration data codification
  • Monitor and review systems edits, response time issues, etc. and conducting related advanced root cause analysis to identify issues and provide well thought-out recommendations for resolution
  • Identify and facilitate the implementation/enhancement of systems, process improvements, and best practices
  • Interface and collaborate with peers within and outside of the department and the organization to support configuration management best practices, systems enhancement processes, management of the system configuration life cycle management project/program plans, tracking of configuration change operational issues and resolution
  • Perform peer review for all levels of staff and apply advanced skillset to ensure quality of the work product
