Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled temporary worker to support our AMER Summit season, covering 7 events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Job Responsibility:

  • Comprehensive Airtable management of 7 content bases and speaker ready room interfaces
  • Managing approximately 1,200+ session and 3,000+ speaker Airtable records
  • Designing and building complex bases to optimize content workflow and organization
  • Developing automated processes, creating custom views, forms, and interfaces
  • Conducting UATs to ensure accuracy
  • Troubleshooting, writing, and building automations, scripts, forms, and interfaces in Airtable
  • Archiving event data in Airtable and removing any PII T+2 weeks in each Summit base
  • Developing and replicating the Airtable content management template for 2026/2027
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Handling attendance and session survey data cleanup
  • Optional travel to summit events may be required

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Airtable
  • Strong background in event management
  • Exceptional data management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
