Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager II to lead and coordinate projects and programs from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, task assignment, progress tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, leadership capability, and hands‑on experience managing cross‑functional initiatives while communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage projects and/or programs through the full lifecycle
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned initiatives, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution
  • Track project milestones and summarize progress for leadership and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present status reports to upper management
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Lead and direct the work of project team members
  • Apply sound judgment and experience to plan and accomplish project goals
  • Support continuous improvement through best practices and process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in project or program management or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating cross‑functional efforts
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and problem‑solving skills
