Job Description

We are seeking a Project / Program Manager I to support a fast‑paced, high‑visibility team within the music and entertainment industry. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support large‑scale programs, operational initiatives, and cross‑functional projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable working through ambiguity, and experienced with project management tooling and operational excellence initiatives. This position offers exposure to global programs and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how teams operate at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Support planning, tracking, and execution of a large annual project slate
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Utilize project management and CRM tools to track progress and operational metrics
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Maintain documentation, status reporting, and tooling hygiene
  • Assist with operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project, program, or operations management
  • Hands‑on experience with Monday.com
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience using AI tools in a professional or operational context
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in industry operations (e.g., music, media, or label environments)
  • Familiarity with additional project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Operational or process‑improvement background
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
