This role supports a large-scale connectivity initiative expanding across international markets. The team spans the U.S., Taiwan, and India, requiring strong coordination across global time zones and multiple workstreams. You will partner closely with cross‑functional groups to track deliverables, manage workflows, and support successful execution of key project milestones.
Job Responsibility:
Manage project schedules, delivery plans, and documentation
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple countries and time zones
Track deliverables, risks, and progress for several workstreams
Facilitate communication across internal groups using standard project tools
Build and maintain reports on deliverables, timelines, and team status (weekly or bi-weekly)
Organize team meetings and support project administrative tasks
Ensure clear communication and alignment across 15–20 internal teams
Provide consistent documentation and time management support
Requirements:
2–4 years of project or program management experience
Experience using tools such as: Slack, Jira, Spreadsheets, Email-based coordination, Schedule and plan creation
Strong documentation and time management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple teams and deliverables
Nice to have:
Experience coordinating 15–20 teams simultaneously
Experience building delivery schedules
Ability to create progress reports and status updates
