Job Description:

The role involves partnering with Regions and Business Units (BUs) to establish and execute omni-channel experiences. It requires defining capabilities, processes, and technology for marketing efforts, advising on digital approaches, and collaborating with IT and digital teams. Additionally, it entails identifying and sharing standard processes in omni-channel marketing, establishing goals, KPIs, and measuring performance across digital channels.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital project management experience

  • Strong communication skills, particularly in remote environments
  • Preferred understanding of digital marketing with hands-on campaign experience
